Hospitality SME innovation: responses to multifaceted crises

Purpose This research investigates the multifaceted effects of Covid-19, Brexit and climate change on Small Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in hospitality sector. Specifically, authors evaluate main opportunities, challenges implications that businesses face times crises, innovate as a response. Design/methodology/approach The adopts mixed methods approach firstly analysing quantitative data from Business Insights Conditions Survey (BICS). Second, qualitative where are gathered interviews with range SMEs. analysed independently then triangulated to gain deep understanding issues faced by SMEs their responses.
